YouthHealth USA may enter into agreements to collaborate with a number of other organizations. In our documents we refer to these organizations as our Associates. The term "partner" is reserved for those organizations, which enter into a strict partnership of joint management of very specific projects.
This formula ensures that associates and partners retain their own identity and appropriate autonomy but enables a joint partnership body to reap the full benefit of professional and financial backing. The chart below presents this approach in diagrammatic form. Due to the nature of the YouthHealth USA, and the approaches made to it by potential partners, the model below may be adapted to reflect innovative developments.
